Course Structure & Requirements
1. In what languages are the courses available?
All course materials and instruction are provided in English (US) to ensure consistency and clarity across all modules.
2. Do I need experience to take this course?
No prior endoscopy experience is required. The courses are designed for veterinarians and veterinary technicians at all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Note: If you have successfully registered for the In-person Course, the Online Course must be completed before you proceed with hands-on laboratory training sessions.
3. What’s the difference between the Online Course and the In-person Course?
The Online Course comprises virtual learning only, while the In-person Course combines the same virtual content with hands-on laboratory training.
4. How long does it take to complete the online modules?
The Online Course comprises approximately 20 CE hours and must be completed within six months of registration; access expires thereafter.
5. Will I receive CE credits?
Yes. Both courses are CE-accredited and provide formal certification upon successful completion.
Online Course Credits: 20 CE Hours
In-person Course Credits (Includes Online): 54 CE hours

8. Will I have lifetime access to the online materials?
No. The Online Course must be completed within six months of registration; access expires thereafter.
9. What if I need help or get stuck?

10. What happens if I do not complete a course?
Unfortunately, uncompleted courses are non-refundable, and re-enrollment will require a new registration.
Payments & Cancellations
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and approved institutional payments. Details are provided during registration.
12. What is the cancellation policy?
Inadequate Registrations: If the minimum number of registrants is not met, the course will be canceled and all registration fees will be refunded.
COVID: Should laboratory training need to be canceled prior to launch of online training due to COVID restrictions, all registration fees will be refunded. If laboratories require rescheduling after online training has started, participants will have the option to receive a prorated refund to cover online training alone OR to be moved to the new dates for the course. If a participant cannot travel due to travel restrictions imposed at their site of origin, they will be eligible for a credit toward participation in future laboratory training.
Cancellation for Other Reasons: If a participant is unable to attend for other reasons, handling of registration fees will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
13. Can another participant attend in my place?
Substitutions are possible with prior written approval before the course start date.
